Satyraj  is an Samiti Chairmain  and an experienced business, public affairs and CSR leader with over two decades of quantifiable achievements. Satyaraj has fifteen years of social work experience in rural areas, and has the experience of propagating the use of new technologies in agricultural development in far-flung, upscale areas. In the field of skill development, the pottery sculpture has five years of experience in using new techniques. For the irrigation in the fields, Faubbare has a good experience of propagating the method among the farmers, as well as the inspiration of community cooperation 

Awdesh Hinchhlal

He has a long experience of ten years to eradicate the evils prevailing in the society. It is a good experience to take up the burning issue like child marriage among the uneducated society. There is a long experience of addressing seminars, seminars in place to stop child marriage as well as to curb female feticide. All programs of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India, have been collecting information and disseminating it among the people. Adivasi Vanvasi Seva Ashram has four years of social work experience from 1999 to 2003 with Sonbhadra. Self-help groups have been formed by empowering traditional employment, education, health, sanitation, drinking water, environment, culture, water conservation among women tribals from 20/01/2014 to 09/01/2016.

After passing the B. Com. from Allahabad University in the year 1988, he was directly trained with Chartered Accountant Mr. S. k. Dubey Allahabad Kothaparcha for the year 1989to 1995. Abhayraj  is a finance management professional with one decades of experience including over fifteen years in the development sector. Technical strengths include financial management, budgetary controls, donor coordination, treasury management, statutory compliance, assurance and audits. In the current role, as Chief Finance Officer with Shram Jivi Sewa Samiti , he is responsible for financial planning and management of operations, grantee management, governance and assurance at Shram Jivi Sewa Samiti. He holds a Masters in Finance Management and is a qualified Accountant.

Lal Ji Singh

Lal Ji Singh has been working as Secretary / Executive Officer of Shram Jivi Sewa Samiti since the year 1979. Lalji Singh is a professional with thirty years of experience in international development, CSR and not-for-profit sectors. He has served as a leader with international development and humanitarian in India. Lal ji Singh has successfully led programs for environment, water resources, women empowerment, culture development, working with leading organizations, Government of India, State Government. Force and human rights, environmental, water conservation, drinking water, poverty vulnerability, equity and social exclusion, gender and masculinity. Lal ji Singh has vast experience in special fields. Lal Ji Singh has been awarded with several prestigious awards for his work in the field of development. District Water Conservation Award, District Environmental Protection Award, and many others. While paving the way for a meaningful developmental discourse in India, Lal Ji Singh has helped to pen several term papers like Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialization by promoting MSME, including inclusive participation, profits for profit through online Strengthening, Promoting Traditional Small Scale Industries, Study on Small Scale Industries - An Emerging Development Model. He has worked closely with various Government bodies and consortiums.  Several articles written or co-authored by him have been published in major journals and newspapers of India.

Shyam Dhar

Shym Dhar  has done  bachler digree  and has more than fifteen years of diverse experience in development sector. He has been associated with many grassroots organizations and has substantial experience in managing projects supported by national and international agencies. His area of expertise is management of grassroots projects, resource mobilization, financial management, human resources management and team building. He has previously worked with  Lal bahadur shastri Foundation, as a team leader of the Uttar-Pradesh  natural resources management project. He is also a founding member of Gram Sewa Mndal , an NGO based in Uttar-Pradesh.


Shyam Sundar Yadav

Shyam Sundar Yadav ji has a long experience of doing socio-economic work among the rural people of 20 years. Keeping a strong hold among the public, he has good experience of regional geography. You have 10 years of experience in many projects of women empowerment in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Mahoba, Jhansi, Hamirpur, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot districts. You have studied in Master of Arts from Allahabad University.
