In today's world, road and transport have become an integral part of every human being. Everybody is a road user in one shape or the other. The present transport system has minimized the distances, but it has, on the other hand, increased the life risk. Every year road crashes result in the loss of lakhs of lives and serious injuries to crores of people.

In India itself, about eighty thousand people are killed in road crashes every year which is thirteen percent of the total fatality all over the world. Man behind the wheel plays an important role in most crashes. In most cases, crashes occur either due to carelessness or due to the lack of road safety awareness among the road user. Hence, road safety education is as essential as any other basic skill of survival.

Our aim is to provide road safety information for road users to encourage safer road user behavior among current and prospective road users and reduce the number of people killed and injured on our roads every year.

Sharam Jivi Sewa Samiti is highly concerned about the steep rise in the number of road accidents, injuries, and fatalities in recent years in Uttar Pradesh. It is the ground reality that road accidents have now become a public issue, and the victims are from all sections of society. We have recognized that road accidents are mainly caused by the behavior of road users and drivers of motor vehicles, so road safety demands a holistic approach. Research to Traditional Agriculture and Climate Change:-     

Abstract:-

Today, chemical fertilizers are being used indiscriminately to increase agricultural production, where organic fertilizers are not being used. Manpower is being lost in the implementation of agricultural work. Animal husbandry has an unbreakable relationship with traditional agriculture, due to which the increase in the use of organic fertilizers has been naturally ensured. In traditional agriculture, production of coarse grains has been ensured. Such as: - gram, peas, pigeon peas, barley, oats, maize, millet, sawan, makra, kakun etc.  Today in the twenty first century, the production of coarse grains has been stopped. For wheat and paddy production, farmers are exploiting ground water indiscriminately, for which one day we will fight for water. I am shamelessly producing wheat and paddy on uneven, rocky, concrete and sandy soil. "Let's go back to nature" "Let's protect the environment" "Let's avoid climate change"

PROGRESS REPORT Year 2022-2023

Organizing of Deepawali festival among Musahar society was completed on 23/10/2022 year 2022-2023 in village Mandar, Block Handia, District Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. In the program, one kilo of sweets, one kilo of refined, one kilo of potato, one kilo of tomato, one kilo of bhata, half a kilo of onion, one packet of spices, coriander, ginger, chili, candle, and other items were distributed to each family of thirty Musahar families. .

   In the joint aegis of Institute  Shram Jivi Samiti Dumduma, Saidabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh and The Center for Artificial Intelligence and Environment Sensibility Foundation, Patna Bihar, the Chief Guest of Diwali Utsav on 23/10/2022 today, Mr. Phoolchandra Yadav, former head Rikhipur Handia said that Today, majority of the population of the country is on the path of development, while the Musahar society is lagging behind. Musahar society is landless as well as uneducated. The people of Musahar community have been kept in the Scheduled Castes in Uttar Pradesh, whereas they should be kept in the Scheduled Tribes.

     The special guest of the program, Shri Sukhraj Patel, village head Mandar said that a lot needs to be done among the Musahar community. They need employment and education, there is a need to improve their living conditions. Superstition is at its peak among them, in the midst of superstition, these people keep fighting among themselves. Musahar society does not pay any attention to permanent life in the midst of intoxication, does not think about the future at all, earns every day and spends all the money on the same day is an art of their life.

   In the Deepawali festival among Musahar society, folk artists Shri Santlal and Shri Mati Shashi Kala Sanwariya enthralled the people with Musahar folk performances, along with spreading the message in between to end the evils spread in the Musahar society.

In the end, Shri Lal Ji Singh "Gandhi Ji", Secretary of the Institute  Shram Jivi Sewa Samiti, while expressing gratitude to all the rural people who came, said that we should bring the Musahar society forward while lagging behind. Today they have the problem of house, food, which we can meet together, for which we have to come forward. Village head Mandar and village head Rikhipur extended their cooperation in the program, thanks and gratitude for this.

Awareness program of fear free Lok Sabha election 2024

The awareness program of fear free Lok Sabha election 2024 has been implemented on a large scale by Shramik Jeevi Seva Samiti from 01 May to 31 May 2024 in Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Bhadohi, Jaunpur, Kaushambi and other districts. In the awareness program, street plays, symposiums, discussions over tea, seminars, performing folk art, walking tours, door to door have been promoted in the spoken language of the common people.

Today, on 18th May 2024, under the aegis of Institue  Shram Jivi Sewa Samiti Prayagraj, a seminar on the festival of fear free” Lok Sabha elections 2024” was held with great enthusiasm in Handia.

Today, all the voting brothers and sisters are welcome in the Lok Sabha 2024 elections. To take the country on the path of prosperity, it is the responsibility of every voter of India to be determined to ensure the selection of a progressive government by using their franchise. Every vote is valuable in the selection of a progressive and willful government of the country. In today's changing scenario, to make the Lok Sabha elections 2024 memorable, voters will have to be eager to participate in the voting process wherever and whatever the situation. Voters will have to introspect that our Constitution has prepared the basic structure of voting in the process of choosing the government, using their own discretion in the election, one has to be determined to vote without any pressure, greed, selfishness, caste, religion, sect, etc. In the end, the Institute Secretary Lal Ji Singh appeals and requests the general public and voters to cooperate in electing the government of their choice by voting hundred percent.
